My thing is that it shouldn’t be a big deal. Every Batman had the eye makeup or something “emo” about them. He’s a dark and brooding character. . If you can put up with a tatted cringe damage forehead joker with a grill you can put up with this

Just bow out of this thread conversation. It really is silly. I love it as it fits the tone of the movie. Wait till the movie comes out and everyone will want a HT sculpt of his face like this.

Wor...don't you mess with the 'cape'!

Heroes wear capes...

Heroes wear spandex (with armour--most of the time)...

Heroes wear their emotions (eye-shadow!, or other gawdy make-up)...

Heroes want parades, special beacons in the night, or strange ways of getting ahold of them to do their hero stuff...





In the real world...heroes don't give a **** about the aforementioned--they are just regular people who do extra-ordinary things and often don't want any accolades.

Bale's movies pretend that it's not makeup - because when he takes off his cowl it's not there. We know that it is makeup because it can't be anything else but the movies want us to believe it's part of the cowl - or preferably not to think about it all.

This is the first time a live action Batman has acknowledged that it has to be makeup. Wor will be laughing - ''and yet they still want us to believe that someone can actually fight criminals while wearing a cape and somehow not get shot in the face while taking full clips of automatic weapons fire head-on from multiple combatants''

Bale was only natural as pre-batman Bruce in BB. His "public face" Bruce was cartoony and his Batman was incredibly silly.
Yet we were expected to believe in the pompous seriousness of it all.

HE DOES NOT LEAVE THE BATCAVE LOOKING LIKE THIS.

Again nobody has a problem with it under the mask. It's him having it as a civilian.
And yeah If he kept the cape on with his civilian attire, it'd be just as stupid looking as the eyeshadow.

Recently played all three games. I use to think Arkham city was the best but now I’m leaning towards the first game . It has a horror game vibe to it. The atmosphere is creepy and it’s not as action packed as the others. It’s like resident evil with Batman . Even has a big tyrant joker at the end.

Well that was random

All are quality. Only issue was the reliance on Joker. But they touched on all of his villains. The detective work was excellent, which is one of the main reasons I am so interested in this new one.
