It really is. It's fascinating because it's so unique. I've never really seen anything like it. It's like, with The Sopranos, you were watching Tony Sopranos life unfold, same with Breaking Bad and Walter White, but, with The Wire, you really were following the entire city. All of the different characters in all of the different infrastructures and environments, each one as compelling as the next; it's ridiculously good television.

This push to VHS tapes is ridiculous let VHS remain dead, different than the resurgence of the LP.

DVD is the best way to go, they are better than VHS and better than digital streaming, a great middle ground.

No rewinding, they don't shred and they're not dependent on having internet.

If you're craving VHS nostalgia then use a regular 480p non HD DVD on a 4K TV, this will pretty much give you the same effect, without the need to rewind!

the only remaining appeal of VHS really is to get stuff that was never even released on DVD due to lack of interest or lost in licensing rights hell. You can find a mountain of horror, martial arts, or low budget clone stuff that would be fine watching in the **** quality.

Pretty soon you'll be able to PO movies on blu 2 years before they are even filmed.

:yess: (this movie desperatly needs more action inserted into it)

Today, Periscope featured a live-feed of director Bryan Singer direct from the set of X-Men: Apocalypse in Montreal, where he revealed a steel mill set that will feature early on in the story with Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto (Michael Fassbender). He also announced that 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will release the Rogue Cut of X-Men: Days of Future Past on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD this July 14 with 17 minutes of previously-cut footage, including a subplot involving Anna Paquin’s Rogue!
