Sorry!

haha literally just came on to say I ordered that :lol

Artworks not great though.

I'll just wait for the Amray to drop in price then stick the disc in my HMV version

It's an interesting cover, considering it has Fassneto and JL. Not sure if I'd get a steelbook considering I have the original release. :slap

Interesting is one word for it ;) lol

I suppose it all depends how much you need to see of Rogue...apparently there are around 7 minutes of new Rogue footage included in this one.

I'll get the Amray but the steelbook just looks really badly done & Wolverine at the front looks so awkward...if he'd been standing & fitted in so they all look the same it would have been much better but the angry crouchy pose just really doesn't sit right with the rest of the design.

It is a bad arrangement to be sure.
I cannot see getting this version.
I hope for different US release.

Photoshop has taken so much away from design it's not even funny any more.

I got DoFP dirt cheap on Black Friday, so, I'll probably try to grab this one...when it's also dirt cheap.:lol

I know it's awful isn't it?

You'll have to keep me posted if you do get a better version (not difficult based on the Zavvi one ;) lol)

The US amaray version looks to have the same cover, just red instead.

That is a seriously bad and lazy photoshop cover :yuck

I'll upgrade my TV and player but blu-ray is already so good I doubt I'll need to upgrade many of my current films. I'll go 4K for LOTR, Marvel and maybe a select few others. We'll see....

I wonder how 4K will improve 3D. It'd be nice not to have to deal with the occasional "ghosting" of some of my current titles (Godzilla in particular is really bad.)

Active or Passive 3D?

Yeah, i'm only going 4K with the movies which will benefit from the bump up in resolution.

I don't need to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre from the 70's filmed 16mm with blown out colors in 4K. :lol

MCU/LOTR, oh hell yeah! :thud:

Whatever one requires batteries in the glasses. Active? I have a Samsung TV and player.

You won't see an improvement based on the higher resolution alone, cross talk has already improved even on 1080 sets, it has to do with very complicated light output algorithms and how the light and motion arrive then interact with the shutter glasses.

But Passive will see a huge improvement due to the bump in resolution.

Both eyes will finally get the 1080 for each eye instead of the 540 on the 1080 sets, even though some argue that the brain is still getting the complete 1080 on current Passive sets and that each eye actually does receive 1080 but only temporarily. Regardless which is correct, Passive will benefit with the decrease in visible junk and jaggies.

I'm such a nerd. :lol
