Resolution has nothing to do if a film maintains film qualities or not.

I don't agree as much aliasing is used at a certain level.

From what i have read, the max the original negatives will scan well at is 2K.

I haven't gotten any of them on blu ray yet because I heard the previous releeases of the first two didn't look good and Live Free or Die Hard was only the theatrical version not unrated. If those issues are fixed with this release I'll definitely pick that up, even if it does include the fifth one.

PQ will be the same but the unrated cut of Live Free Or Die Hard is included.
