Ok now remember you’re talking to person who made his 1080 look as good as it possibly could for many years now so honestly while TLJ 4K does look good I would’ve been much more blown away had the leap been from 1080 straight into 8K.

But yes TLJ looks great in 4K especially the island and crait scenes.

I can make a 4K HDR tv look like the picture on the left and I can make a non HDR 1080p tv look like the picture on the right.

Poor consumers.

Yeah I remember when blu-ray came out and Best Buy was all "look here's DVD on the left and blu-ray on the right."

And I was all yeah that's what we all upgraded our laserdiscs to, lol.

Baker was the best Doctor...grew up watching his episodes on a Public TV station I believe....
