Having a whole Mando episode doesn't really do this show any favours, just makes us compare the two shows even more and makes us miss The Mandalorian even more. But maybe that was their plan. Rodriguez seems like the only one that's in love with this show.

Ever since I saw the Falcon I dreamed of living and travelling on it. You can't do that in a fighter. You can't even stand up if you get cramp!

The Razor Crest had amenities, and a bed, and Mando could walk around.

The Naboo fighter is so limited, and claustrophobic.

Best of all it had a TOILET!

Try holding it while in hyperspace.

Especially the bit in the speech where Mando points out the lowliest mud scuffer will die to defend their homes like on Sorgan and Burnin Konn as fiercely as any Mandalorian, while Mayfield and Cara Dune nod approvingly.

Because at the end, EVERYONE will be there for that end battle, including the Mechanic who will weaponize a bunch of droids (like she said she had never been offworld, so you know Mando is gonna get her offworld). Because, Star Wars.

Everyone shows up for the big end battle. Everyone. Luke will probably be smiling at the Force ghost of ObiWan.

Nah, at least on YT some folks comment that negative vids etc. means you are a jerk etc. who "just doesn't get it" etc. I get it, sure. There's glimmers of genius in TBOBF. But a lot of failure to execute, and for some inexplicable reason sets and costumes purchased when Home Depot was having a sale. Including a mop head.

Tho gotta confess I own and wear the Mon Calamari sweater off Amazon, which is srsly awesome sweater. Takes a beating even when cleaning fish guts

It'll be cool if Mando still ends up with a larger transport type ship that has room to move around in that the N1 Starfighter can dock with/launch out of.

Aah, but the difference is good writing, directing, pacing. Personally enjoyed watching Mechanic and Mando building the ship coz it's REALISTIC like the building of the first IM suit; but now that I think about it, it was a great lead-in prep scene.

E.g. I perfectly accept that Mando is a kick *** pilot who knows a lot of mechanics, because I watched him help build this ship and learn its capabilities.

Never questioned Poe either as he was introduced as a badass pilot. Until TROS when any logic went down the drain.

Social Media points are won. Beta Fatt is no more. Robert Rodriguez never works on SW again because he's a heckin cishet male stealing the limelight from women directors. And nobody speaks of "The Picture Book Of Beta Fatt" ever again.

TLJ is better than TROS, The Picture Book Of Beta Fatt, and it unironically left things at an interesting place. I dislike it for a whole lot of other reasons, but backpedalling and going into TROS is the actual part where SW truly died.

Oh and for those keeping score we have now officially gone five episodes of the seven episode series about Boba Fett and he still has not fired a single shot from either one of his blasters.

Mando has already killed more people in one episode than Fett in the previous four. And despite Fett being a "Crime Lord" Mando is the only one who has actually committed a crime (murdering the meat packers, buzzing the Starliner and ditching the X-Wings.)
