So this film has hit $159m worldwide gross as of this weekend. That bodes quite well for a sequel.

I am still puzzled by the dislike of this film among some people. The reviews that trash it tend to be vague or are doing little more than having a hissy fit over Matt Damon's absence.

I think continuing a story in an established universe is a great idea that should be explored more often. This could be an epic double trilogy if Gilroy and co. think out the plot carefully and can convince Matt Damon (and Julian Stiles) to return for the final film at the very least. Even just one more film if pushing the 2 1/2 hour mark could probably wrap up all the threads in a compelling finale.

I await the HT Hawkeye figure so I can make an Aaron Cross custom.

Just watched this on Blu ray; as others have pointed out, movie was fun up till the last 30 min, they we get introduced to some ****** Terminator wannabe, East style.....!

Did the writers just give up at that point? Seriously 5/10 at best.....

The more I think about this movie, the more bummed out I am with that last half. So much potential - instead of a game of wits as the finale, they just went lame, loud action without any real thought.

I wouldn't call it awful, it's not the godfather either. It's an entertaining movie. The funny part is when the show the tracker in them and thought must have added that after issues with Bourne and until I watched the first one other day and realized it was take out first few min of movie.

just caught this and this pretty much summed up my thoughts. I loved the way the story was going and some of the intrigue with them thinking he was dead, then the movie kind of became a drag. Oh well...
