Honestly think it actually would of made more sense to have deathstroke over bane in tdkr

It keeps on giving. :rotfl

Like or Hate the movie, I do find it funny that we're in the next summer season of movies and TDKR is still being discussed like it just came out this past weekend with Star Trek. :rotfl

I was hoping to see Star Trek Into Darkness, but unfortunately it felt more like Star Trek Into Darkness Rises.

Funniest comment regarding his new looks, I found on facebook:

"He looks like Louis CK peni*...for some reason"

Has to be for a film. Method acting freak :lol

Let me tell you, that dude's a role model for anyone who wants to get into that profession. The dude's commitment to his craft is unparalleled. There are other actors who have physically changed themselves for roles in the past, but never have I seen one do it so regularly as Bale that he makes it look almost like it's nothing special.:lol

Somehow I don't think You would give a flying **** if he did't play Batman

I could go into a whole spiel about how you're wrong, but, the truth is that you're on the money. That being said, the Batman series introduced me to one of my favorite actors. Empire of the Sun was a few years before my time, and I was still a little young when American Psycho hit, so, without Batman; yeah, I probably wouldn't have known who he was. However, the fact of the matter is that I do, now, and I have for a while, and I appreciate his commitment to what he does.

Glad to hear it. I love that because of Batman you have a great appreciation of a great actor. I too think he is very talented. His performance in "American Psycho" was pure genius. He was also most enjoyable in "The Prestige". Also thought he was real bad *** in "Equilibrium". and that's just naming a few.

:clap

Yup, awesome pic of Joker, good stuff.

Yup yup.

But now put up a picture of Bane or Talia and see what kind of reactions they get. :lol

Have to say I find rewatching this movie more interesting than TDK.
If I could get an edited highlights version of TDK with all the Joker scenes, the bank heist and the bat pod stuff, that would do nicely (but be around 8 mins long!).
I dunno, to take it to a very base level, this one has more entertaining stuff happening for longer. Sure a lot of the plotting and structure is flawed, but I love Catwoman,
I love the score, I love some of the Bat scenes. I love Tom Hardy, Bane is ok. The script has more humor in it. It's just lighter I guess.

If this movie had been mixed with TDK, and we had the Joker instead of Bane with Catwoman it would have been as good if not better than Begins...

I'm trying to avoid rewatching any of the 3 for as long as I can.

Just so I can enjoy them a lot more the next time I DO end up watching them. I love when you go back to a movie you love after years. I did that recently with the LOTR trilogy and it was amazing. I've seen these far too many times over the last few yrs :lol
