I would have wished for Killer Croc or Man-Bat, more beast-like villains. Never quite have that in any of the Batman movies.

This is what 'Jett' said about his Hugo Strange tweet:

I have no idea why any outlet would make this a story, but whatever. I was just thinking out loud after a chat last night with a "friend." I have no idea if Hugo Strange is in this film and if Robin Williams is playing him -- though I'd LOVE for it to happen. It was just a random Tweet and nothing more...kinda.

So it seems it was just him messing around.. or he knows something. Maybe Strange is in the movie and hasn't been cast yet?

I hate to speculate but...

If BB and TDK are anything to go by p) then it's not out of the ordinary for there to be more than 2 antagonists. We really don't know what the business will be with Selina Kyle.

Why not? He was creepy as ____ in Nolan's own Insomnia.

I know Williams really wanted to play the Joker. Even though he can be very creepy, and has worked with Nolan previously, I don't think he would have been a good Joker. He probably would have been too funny and not scary like Ledger's was. But I'd be down for him as Strange.

I stil just feel Bane and Catwoman aren't all of the bad guys. I still think there is a good chance of Black Mask for the mob boss in this film. If that ends up being Bane, then he won't be the main villian as none of the mob bosses have been so far. They've been side/secondary villans working with the main bad guy (Ra's/Scarecrow and Joker).

I agree. He would've wound up like Carrey as the Riddler in Forever. Trying to hard to be funny, and not so much scary.

I dont like the sound of Robin Williams as Hugo Strange, i know it wont happen but i would rather see someone like Andy Serkis play the part if the character is in the film.

Robin Williams is a great actor, I def wouldn't mind seeing him in this. I won't believe anything until it's headlined at SuperHeroHype though versus batman news.

I love RW in dramatic roles. He's kind of done as a comedian IMO but he's a very talented actor.

I'd love Williams as Strange for two reasons: Finally, a new comic-book villain we've never seen in a live-action Batman film. Not just another Nolanized rehash like Catwoman and Bane. Secondly, because I'd be very happy for Williams who's desperately wanted to be in a Batman film for more than twenty years.

I love the idea of Williams as Strange. Love it! Madly! I doubt it will happen, but who knows.
Catwoman isn't really a villain no, but she's definitely a nuisance, further complicating Bruce's struggle. That's what makes her fun. That and she's smoking hot.

I'd also like to see Nolan film it as if people don't know Selina and Catwoman are the same person. So, never show her changing or with any loot out of costume etc. Similar to how Lucas never showed Palpatine to be Sidious until ROTS, even though we all knew it.
