Re: The Dark Knight Rises

I love the youtube comments. 90% of them are splooge-tastic, as if that teaser was actually something substantial (or even legit).

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

Assuming it is legit, what's the source? It would've been attached to Green Lantern, right? But none of the folks who've gone to the midnight release of GL has mentioned this alleged teaser.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

There was no trailer for this in any capacity in GL. In my screening we got Harry Potter, Horrible Bosses, Transformers 3, The Immortals and Conan.

If it was legit it'd be all over the web.

Exactly.:goodpost: I've seen similar fakes compared to this for other movies heres one that this guy did for fun awhile back. Just to prove that it's possible. It's much better might I add.

A recent report states that more info about Chris Nolan's third and final Batman movie, scheduled for theatrical release in the summer of 2012, may be right around the corner.

The Dark Knight Rises is the highly anticipated final installment of Warner Bros and DC Entertainment's new Batman film franchise. Christopher Nolan has returned to direct the film from a screenplay he wrote with Jonathan Nolan, from a story by himself and David S. Goyer. Details about the film's storyline are scarce, but it has already been established that one of villains set to take on the Batman (Christian Bale) will be the powerhouse known as Bane (Tom Hardy). Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway), better known to comics fans as Catwoman, will also have a central role in the movie. The will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

According to news outlet JoBlo.com, the next step of the film's viral marketing campaign -- the first of which revealed an image of actor Tom Hardy as the antagonist Bane -- may be coming sooner than fans think and will offer a look at another of the project's main characters:

"Hearing the next phase of the "Dark Knight Rises" viral campaign will launch soon and reveal the first look at Catwoman."

The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anne Hathaway, Marion Cotillard, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Diego Klattenhoff, Burn Gorman, Nestor Carbonell, Alon Aboutboul, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis and Joey King and is scheduled to hit theaters July 20th, 2012.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

Right now I feel like Anne Hathaway is the potential weak link in the cast. She's more of a musical/comedy actress in my mind and has more of a cute, bubbly personality on screen. Hopefully, Nolan and the cast can elevate her game a bit, because she belongs in something like Get Smart or Princess Diaries or singing at the Oscars.

Of course, Katie Holmes didn't deserve to be in Batman Begins but everything around her was so good it kept her from sinking the ship. Maybe the same will happen with Hathaway, instead of feeling like they dropped someone from the cast of Glee into the middle of Nolan's Gotham City.

Wofford's right, :lecture have you ever scene Rachel Getting Married? It will completely change your mind. Just cause an actor has a couple movies under there belts within the same category doesn't mean they can't be just as good in another category. Hell, Christian Bale's first movie was a musical.

Okay my rant is done now!:rotfl
