Who says he's aiming at Bane? May be aiming at Bruce. Gotta figure if he was a Batman-ally, he'd have taken the shot ... Batman looks like he's had enough.

Looks more like someone clutching at his throat than holding a rifle. Maybe a hostage with a noose or something around his neck?

You also see a hand near Gordon. I'm sure it's Bruce Wayne.

technically you would think yes, the dialogue sounds like what he would be saying to Bruce, but there is really no way of knowing...you can see barely a head to the left of the screen sitting there. But no idea who that is?

Absolutely badass!!! That last scene was enough for me. Love how exhausted Batman looks, and how huge and menacing Bane appears.

Does anyone have a script of the dialogue between Oldman and Bale? I couldn't catch a few lines.

I dont think hot toys will make another tdk suit, because the dx series it supposed to be like the top of the top. Unless they make a battle damaged version, then yes.

And it looks like he's wearing a ski mask, which works with the leaked shot of a guy in a suit with Ski mask jumping out of a hospital window... so that is 99% confirmed I think

When Gordons speaking, Bruce is to the front left of the camera speaking back to him wearing a ski mask. If you watch the official trailer thats just been released it's clearer.

The body language alone in that gif sells the scene.

Without knowing any backstory or having any dialogue, you already know the deal. Hardy's really got that "lumbering beast" walk down pat.
