No way is this harder than Code Veronica. Now that was a brutal game. :lol

I'm waiting for local retailers to stock up on an American copy of the game and I'm all set.

Hm so is this game worth getting? Like is it good is it really hard? Does it live up to the hype? Heard the protagonist is boring

I don't find the protagonist boring. He isn't riviting either, but he serves the story well....I was afraid he was going to be wooden, but he's ok,

I think the game is really good. Its old school in a lot of ways. Cool monsters....I am not scared, but definitely entertained,

Question for those playing about matches.....

What is the point of buring bodies? do they come back to life if you don't?

I have yet to play this, so I won't be going much further down the spoiler rabbit hole, but:

Yes, they can revive themselves if they are not burned. However, it has been confirmed online that stealth-killed enemies won't revive.

Ok thanks; I've done mostly stealth so I was wondering.

Loving the game. Only issue for me: widescreen mode is annoying....just not used to it ultimately. Not preventing me from having fun, but wish the option to toggle off was there

No way this game is Dark Souls hard.............playing chapter 2 before bed. Game like this needs a few things: play at night or in dark; play with headphones; clean underwear

You're only up to Ch2...this game is brutal.

Really? :lol

Not so much the hardware I'm worried about, I just don't want to buy it twice. I don't mind buying TLOU twice considering the game is a year and a half old now.

Was one the Pandemic edition?

Nah, just the steelboolk which I gave away, the Survival Edition and the Remaster. I dunno, the Pandemic statue is underscaled to fit it with my collection.

I'd say get the PS3 version of Evil Within since you can always sell it. It's a shame that it doesn't have the cross buy feature though.

Yeah I might. My girl wants me to get it too, she likes horror games to anything else really.

Is she a gamer, Pliss? If not, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is a damn fine horror game for those who aren't skilled with combat and puzzle solving. I remmeber lending out the game on my PSP for the girls to pass around back in college. To bad they didn't want to borrow me though. :lol
