If a SSC order didn't have a NRD, and you cancel... do you not get the points back? I cancelled the Arkham Knight Batman because I would rather get it later, and I had $60 in points and it didn't go back into my account.

I think you lose the points if you cancel. You might be able to talk to a customer service rep and get them back if the item was delayed.

Yeah, I think it's ********--especially considering that they aren't consistent with the quality of the stuff they make. If they want to show a prototype to let people know what they're working on then fine, but don't put the preorder up until there are production pics of what they're actually shipping out.
They're giving me a one time refund. I hadn't thought that was a thing.
