Thanks Bro. It was just luck. I had a willing trade partner. If not for Avfin, I would still be looking to score the Skaar EX. All that's left for me now is to pick up the Hulk maquette. Damn, any info would be good right about now. Price, preview pics, or a PO date. Until that happens, this thread is gonna keep running off topic. SSC needs to give it up already.

How so VS? A classic Romita COH beats a simple axe any day of the week in my book. You take the COH away from the Rhino Com and I would say that's a serious loss. Take the axe away on the Skaar PF and you still have a GREAT looking statue IMHO.

There are 3 Ex parts of Skaar to 1 for Rhino. The EX is far better then Rhino. IMO, Skaar will retain higher value then Rhino.

The classic portrait on the Rhino is a fantastic EX imo.....it's the reason why I purchased the statue as I didn't care for the reg portrait at all.
The Skaar ex is nice also.

dont get me wrong i love both the reg n ex but i missed the window on the ex but got in on the wl. i did get the reg from bbts.

I won't guess as to which will retain higher value. That'll bear out in the aftermarket over time. However, I still think the Rhino EX is critical to the statue. If Skaar was released with nothing more than an artprint for the EX, it still would have sold out. It just looks great. If SSC didn't include a classic COH as an EX for Rhino it would greatly diminish the statue IMO. For me, nothing beats a great looking COH portrait. I think it can give a statue a much greater overall look and impact than a simple weapon or print. I think the Rhino EX would still be up for PO if the EX was just a print. That COH makes a HUGE difference on that statue. This is just my opinion of course.

I don't think you need to justified the trade that Rhino is a better EX then Skaar. Your just very lucky that the guy traded with you & congrats. IMO, Skaar will command more money down the road. It's like trading a BMO for a K-car. You got a better deal of the 2.

not sure abt that, i think the ex rhino head will be in more demand,than the reg version, people can be satisified by a skaar ex, but the ex head is everything for Rhino

As awesome as Rhino is, he will be like the Thing PF EX. It's fantastic piece but the character or lack of features (weapons & detail in this case). Skaars demand will be far superior then Rhino. Mark my word & you can quote me on this "In one years time, Skaar will double the value of Rhino"!
