Well my son takes after me and is not a huge Kirby fan. I know, I know.

But we both like Buscema.

The first Hulk issue that Buscema illustrated was the first Hulk comic I ever owned. Buscema will always have a special place in my heart.

I'm a little surprised by the size of it, if it's an exact match to the Legacy maquette, seems like a small scale compared to the Iron Man pieces, but maybe Legacy need IM bigger to work out building suit where Hulk was just to get forms.

Buscema's take is my personal favorite, and even though I figured Avengers Hulk was based on those designs, in the Art of book they openly state that's where they turned for design elements.

Buscema is my fav also for classic Hulk. The avengers Hulk has both Buscema and Kirby in it as well as Mark Ruffalo.

Man I forgot how much this hulk looks like the actor that played him.

It looks like a cross between Kirby, Ruffalo, and I see some of lou ferrigno from the TV show also.

What's cool in the Art of book is you learn, one guy designed the body for Hulk and another the face, the face the body artist came up with sucked, so glad they got another artist to work out the face, combined they work great.
