As much as I love Indy... for me one figure of him from Raiders will do it. Its by far my favorite of the movies. And even though their are differences I don't think I would need 3 or 4 of the same character (in similar outfits).

I completely agree. Give me the classic outfit from the first film and I'm set.

Rather than a bunch of Indy versions, I'd rather they spent their time on other characters. Not sure how Belloq or 'Monkey Man' or others would sell really, but I'D BUY 'EM ALL.

And a TOHT with alternate melted face would :rock

Don't think this has been posted yet. The official SW blog has a pic of Hasbro's 12" Indy. I figured since they dropped the SW line, they would leave the Indy 12" figures to SS as well. Would this delay SS releasing their 12" figs? I guess the Hasbro one looks ok... for a Habro 12", but it can't in any way meet SS standards.

Well my ideal would be multiple expressions for the same Indy. I prefer something like a smile in Trevor's signature. Maybe Trev can do what Andy does and sell unpainted heads? :D

Surprisingly, that doesn't look bad at all for a Hasbro doll! I wonder if they will package it in a vintage-styled Kenner box:

As I am so pumped for all of this Indy merchandise, I will probably get the Hasbro fig to keep in the box (if the packaging looks nice,) and of course, I will get most of the Sideshow figs to open and display.

The head is actually surprisingly good for a Hasbro... but not surprising is the crummy base body.

Interesting that both them and SS can make 1/6.

From the neck up, it looks fantastic!!!! From that picture, it looks like they nailed the head and the hat. However, the rest of the figure leaves much to be desired from the crummy body, the cheap shirt and the accessories. However, at a 20 to 25 dollar price point, I think it will be a must have for an Indy collector.

I know for sure that I'll definitely buy all of Sideshow's 12" Indy figures. But, I will go ahead and get the Hasbro one too. Yeah, the body and the clothing sucks...unless they greatly improve it before putting it out. The headsculpt is really nice. I agree about that.

I know that I am down for HOWEVER many Indy's they want to make. I love em all. And the differences are enough for me to want each different version. I do however know that if they don't do several that I can conceivably make the others... but I would rather it be from them so I can have different headsculpts.

And that Hasbro one, it's really well done for Hasbro! The head and hat are great, worth the price point alone!

So Hasbro has a 1:6 Indy coming....hmmm. This is all wrong. I'd predicted multiple competing Indy figures, but they were supposed to come from Sideshow, Hot Toys and Enterbay. Not Hasbro. I didn't reckon on that.

(*shakes crystal ball furiously*)

Sideshow, Hasbro, and....??

Along the lines of what Trev said, here's a shot of an Indy sculpt from Feng's website. He seems to be behind some recent Hot Toys sculpts. I just wonder....

Wow, now THAT'S Indy! Where can we get that sculpt? I'm tired of the neutral expressions.

The Hasbro head sculpt looks surprisingly good, but I know Sideshow will outshine Hasbro with their rendition.

Other then the adventure outfits:
-There's the Dig disguise Indy wears when using the staff of Ra to find the location of the Ark.
-There's the Nazi Uniform at the end of Raiders.
-There's two suits he wears in Raiders, one at the beginning and another just at the end in Washington.
-There's the tuxedo he wears at the beginning of Temple of Doom and I think another suit he wore during dinner.
-Theres a ceremony costume he wears when he is possessed in Temple of Doom.
-For Last Crusade, Two suits he wears at the beginning, one when he meets with Walter Donovan and one he wears in Venice during the boat chase.
-And lastly, a Boy Scout Indiana Jones portrayed by River Phoenix in the beginning of Crusade (The new child body would work perfectly for this version).

That's all I could think of off the top of my head, I might have missed a few.
