They aren't gonna do it. Devil may cry movie was supposed to come out in 2005, where is that? Bioshock was supposed to come out with a movie, where is that? Uncharted was supposed to come out with a movie starring mark walberg , where is that? I can name thousands. Btw where's that assassins creed movie starring the guy who played magneto?

I'm with you on all counts.

I'd pay Hot Toys prices for them, no doubt. But I'm out of the customs game, after buyer's remorse on a couple of them made me realize that my love of 1/6th didn't outweigh the price of some customs.

I want something definitive to have from this game, so hopefully we get something great in the future.

I'm with ya. If companies weren't gonna make last if us stuff is buy these in a heartbeat but since I know last if us stuff is coming I will wait to buy official statues and figures. I just love the game so much and really want merchandise.

With the announcement of this film project, which I personally think has a way better chance of being made (especially considering the popularity of zombies/post apocalypse right now) than any of the past failed/scrapped video game movie projects, collectors are likely to see (licensed) movie version collectibles before the game versions.

Ah yeah, forgot about the statues. I was thinking more along the lines of licensed 1/6 figures and/or Premium Formats.

Well I know hot toys wouldn't do tlou figures since they are poll jocking marvel so for 1/6 figures I guess sideshow or some other company is ur best bet.

Please oh please don't make a movie or a sequel. Remember I am Legend? It's probably no secret that TLOU took inspirations from that movie and just take more by not doing sequels the way I am Legend didn't too. It just made the movie more powerful.

Game movies are notoriously dog ****, unless it gets a first class director... it will be BAD.

With the exception of the first Silent Hill.

That is, until somebody reminded Konami that game movies are supposed to be bad so they adhered to that notion in the sequel to rectify the status quo.
