The flying Mandalorians battle was straight out of my kids brain when I first heard the words “The Clone Wars” in 77.

They finally gave us the live-action jetpack battle.

Overall, the last 2 episodes (and the 2nd episode for me with creepy cyborg) were all I remember from this season.

I hope to forget boring Doctor episode, and Lizzo/Jack episode, and bird-steals-child episode, and whatever that wandering 1st episode was... and that silly seaweed pirate (even though I liked his ship battle finale).

Darth Fring was fun though. At least he died a good death. (yes, I know, no one is gone forever in Star Wars -- except Gina Carano).

I just think it is ridiculous that Mandalore will now consist of people who will always leave their masks/helmets on all the time and half of the people taking off their masks and putting them back on a regular basis

Oh SW lore

Perfect breakdown and while I enjoyed the bird steals boy (lol) episode because of the efficient flying Mandalorians (great circus act name) the last episode surpassed that with the aerial combat so i’m good with your standings.

Ship to ship combat in S3 was actually of much higher quality than the previous 2 seasons.

Does anyone else just feel nothing after watching this.

Retaking Mandalore should have had this big emotional pay off but it just doesn’t.
I get what you're saying.

IMO there's a magic to great editing that I've never understood, usually combined with music. Like the S1 scene when Mando is holding the ball knob, was freaked out. On the edge thru the whole episode. Also felt it when Din was standing in the remains of his ship and all that's left is the knob and spear, with Boba and Fennec looking grimly on.

Dunno maybe they needed more flashbacks or coming across skeletonized bodies like the pile of helmets in S1. Some scenes to give weight to what was lost. Think they tried, when Bo saved Din. Am not fazed tho since for me figured F&F were trying to get Bo in place to help Ahsoka eventually.

IMO editing/pacing was uneven this season. Good to know Favreau seems to be aware.

I'm a 50ish year old man and I freakin' loved the Grogu stuff. I think the connection between Din and Grogu gives the show heart. I thought the finale was a lot of fun and that Grogu flexing his force muscles was an expected, but enjoyable part of that. It's all leading to an eventual 100 year old Grogu series...which I'm also here for!
We already know they're gonna frontload the Rey movie by having Din Grogu show up, which actually could be pretty funny with Grogu blowing raspberries and using the Force to steal food. So much for all those solemn books that Luke never read either.
The question is - is Grogu more powerful than Rey? :monkey3

I felt indifferent on the ending. I guess it's the reset people wanted for this. But at the same time, it felt like there was not much character growth.

I first thought reset too but then realized that’s just dumb to think they’re just gonna ignore what they’ve been building for three seasons? Not to mention an Ahsoka show happening in the same era? It just doesn’t add up.

Nobody is more powerful than Rey. Nobody.

Grogu should be old enough to shave by that time. Won't be as cute. Just like with Groot, nobody wants the older versions.

Disney's gonna keep this poor bastard a cooing, waddling mess til he's over 100.

Honestly all I need are the last 2 episodes which when put together are pretty damn entertaining and just as high quality swashbuckling SW as was seen in S1 and S2.

I would sit around at home daydreaming that exact scenario play out in my mind.

Then having Mando go full Batman Wick in it and making Gideon look super bad ass just solidified it for me that the last 2 episodes were wonderfully stunning and entertaining.

I give S3 a pass because of the 2 last episodes.

Is that fair, nope.

Do I care, nope lol
I liked the first two or three episodes and the the last two

Those middle 3 or 4 were pretty awful and kinda ruined the season for me.
