Meh....why not some all NEW maps??? These MW1 maps are cool and all, but are they too lazy to make something new?? Derail is pretty much the same as Overgrown.

Not sure how much clearer I can make it. You're ok with spending $10 on 3 new maps?? I'd rather them fix the game first, then make some better maps.

____ yeah! 2 of my Fav maps! plus 3 new ones! i got no problem. My WTF is coming from the fact the everybody is saying all the maps are from COD4 which they are not. and map packs has nothing to do with Fixing the game. to separate things!

I'll wait until its free
Crash ---old
Overgrown ---old
Storm -- set in a Warehouse, looks like Vacant from MW1
Complex -- in an apartment complex, much like Bloc from MW1
Compact --in a junkyard setting

Will it ever become free though? The World at War map packs still cost ya

Knowing Activision....probably not. I'm pretty much through with this game though. Got my platinum a few weeks ago, and because of the ridiculous crap in this game I barely play it anymore, save for the few matches a week when my brother jumps online.

I've been taken aback lately with how much crap goes on within the matches, camping, lagging, crap spawn points, noob tubing, nuke boosting. It's all started getting really prominent for me, i'd say this past week or so.

I just started playing a month or so ago.
Havent noticed any of the real complaints in the games I play, but I do typically just hit the free for all rooms.

Ive only seen nuke boosting once. And it sounded like it was a 9yr old kid doing it. Actually thought it was pretty funny listenting to the older guys cuss the little kid up and down about it.
I run into a Noob Tuber about every 20th game. So that doesnt bother me.

While I certainly understand all the complaints, theyre not to the point they bother me at all.

I did run into 2 guys working as a team last night in free for all tho. That bothered me a tad. But switching rooms is easy and no big deal to me.

Well I was the same up until last week or so. The problems never bothered me. But this week, well, i've never seen as many campers in my life, this, coupled with all the problems with connections and that just make me wonder why I play it!

I've all but given up on the game as well for many, many reasons:

-horrible lags and dropped hosts

-overpowered perks (e.g. - immortal sprinting knifers)

-glitches and hacks

-inconsistent weapon performance (e.g. - there are some nights where solid rocket/grenade hits cause no more than flesh wounds)

-players doing the same tactics on the same old maps over and over again

I've logged over five days of game time, hit Level 70 at the 3.5 day mark, and it's just become stale to me. The core group of friends with whom I play have grown just as tired of the bull____ as well.

After we finish playing some Special Ops, we'll likely move on to Bad Company 2 once the initial buggy shakedown period has passed.

As for the IW vs. Activision fiasco, I'll admit I don't follow the gaming world that closely, so I'm ignorant as to how/why Activision is so evil. What I do know is that Modern Warfare 2 had the potential to be one of the greatest games in history, but they released an inconsistent and broken game packed with way too much (Death-streaks...really??) that quickly became a colossally frustrating experience.

While implausible, the campaign was easily the best part of the game with an exciting story, and I did on that what I set out to do: got "The Price of War" achievement for finishing on Hardened.

Beyond that, I could care less about the game anymore.
