Tom pointed it out to ya. I'd get that one and do like I'm doing get another from amazon. I want to keep my signed version in great condition and have another to look at more often.

Hot Toys does make a good product, but anything they do IMO wouldn't be nearly as nice as the Sideshow statues or Weta statues. I'd just really prefer they stay as far away as possible from anything Middle-earth related.

You wouldn't have to buy them.

You wouldn't have to buy them.

What does that have to do with anything I said? HT brings a certain level of crazy fan base with them and I'd rather that be left to the marvel, dc, and Star Wars sections. I'd rather not see them made than read through the nonsense that would come with that announcement.

If they made them I'd be tempted. Price would be a big issue and HT prices aren't getting cheaper. Their figures cost as much as the statues I buy so I'd have to seriously think it over.

I never said I didn't want them made because they wouldn't be as nice as the statues from Sideshow or Weta. There are lots of products out there not quiet at that level and that doesn't stop me from getting them. I also never said I wouldn't buy them. What I did say is I'd prefer HT just keep doing what they've been doing skipping Middle-earth letting the overall craziness that is their fan base staying away from that world. Yes, what they make is very nice and would look nice on the shelf, but the nonsense you have to read through is not worth the trouble IMO.
