Re: The Official "The Hobbit" movie thread

Damn, I just cannot wait to see Gandalf the Grey, Saruman, Elrond, gollum etc and Middle-earth back on the big screen.:rock

I don't give a **** about the critics ******* over the HFR, all I'm interested in is the story and characters.

Re: The Official "The Hobbit" movie thread

The HFR is probably so distracting, it's impossible to watch the film on it's own.

Which is why, if you want to see the film, do not go to HFR. Watch the movie the way the movie is supposed to be. 24 beautiful frames per second. :D

Two hours to go! Can't wait to see it the way the director intended. I guess we're getting the four poster set tonight, which is a nice bonus.

Nice! I have to figure out how to get me a set since I'm not seeing it that way at midnight.

Distracting if you let it be

I will see it the way it is intended to be viewed... in HFR 3D. :lecture

:monkey5

I know I'll hate the HFR, but I planned to see it that way anyways. Got free tickets, too. :yess: I've been warning the people going with me. :lol

I'll see it again in IMAX 3D (must see the Star Trek preview).

Re: The Official "The Hobbit" movie thread

Is anyone following the Colbert week long Hobbit shows?
