Nope its close now.

It shouldn't be too long after the US release. I want to say I heard it was maybe even the next week but I don't know that for sure.

Amazingly I kinda forgot about this coming out (crazy I know ) so it seems to have come round quite quickly.
The wait from it being at the Cinema to when I can see it has been really short, for me. I've been hibernating till it was due

Amazon have the UK release as April 8th and i've seen standees in HMV that say the same thing.

The time to coming out on DVD/BR anymore is really quick. That's ok though. I hate waiting.

I think they've probably researched it and found it's better not to wait. I would wait till summer to release it. Like 6 months after release, midway to the next one. But like I said, doing it now might sell a few more copies.

That makes sense. Mom and I were just talking about how different things seem now at least. It used to be a long wait from theatre to DVD but now its not long at all. So I'd say you're right that they have found the sooner the better to be true. Plus if you're doing a EE it helps space that put as well.

I did the advanced buy of the BluRay/DVD/Digital copy/Book/3D card at Wal-Mart. It said the digital copy would be available for download "as early as" today. I can not wait to get off work so I can find out if it is available, yet.

I am surprised that no one has brought up how The Hobbit: AUJ has beaten The Dark Night for the 14th spot on the top grossing films of all time list.
