I sent my damaged SIM pictures to Inthia at SS a couple of days ago but have not gotten a return label. Is this typical? I am guessing the returns department has its hands full. Thanks!

mine is on its way back to SS....60-90 days crap...took about a week or 2 just to get the return labels and RMA...hang in there bro!
At least you know you'll have a good 1 in a few months.Mine has some paint scuffs but you cant see them when displayed.I'll only take a hit if I try to re-sell but I'm not sure I'd ever do that.

Received mine today, and it is minty mint 
The plastic inside the foam is gone and replaced with a foam sheet. However, Both the outer and inner boxes came severely beat up 
. Oh well at leas the statue is fine.

Destroy your boxes, send pictures to Sideshow and they will replace your boxes!

Are you sure? I've heard of them replacing damaged boxes before. It's possible they've stopped doing it though.

They do for people in the US but don't for overseas folk. It costs them too much to ship. Unless something has changed. I have ordered two replacement boxes so far.
