Wow, yea your right you really need to get that protein way up. (almost a gram a lb of body weight of slightly below)

A really low protein diet can produce some side effects if you are not careful.

I just realized this thanks to FitDay,
During my last check up I was fine, but since I started the diet, I noticed it's a bit too low.
So, I'll try to incorporate more beans, lentils, egg substitute, peanuts, peanut butter and maybe more soy milk, as well as cottage cheese.

Thanks, man! I'm pretty much limiting my calorie intake like you and doing some working out.

Yep, pretty much the same here...

I've lost 6 lbs since January 7th, when I officially started my diet,
considering I lost a week of exercising due to illness, I think I'm doing great so far.
I really want to be around 170 lbs by my 35th birthday, which is in September, so I think if I keep it consistent, I should be able to...
I have to do this!!!

Today was supposed to be an off day after my hockey weekend but I had too much energy this afternoon and did not waste it. I pumped out another workout and am torn up. I will be hitting the bike tomorrow and I think I will skip the off day this week if I can.
 
Shirt is drenched, 40 minutes on the stair master after a grueling back workout, went 550lbs on the deadlift today for 4 reps.

Getting it started late today, since Weds if my work from home day from work.

So here we...

.5 cup of stir fry veggies
6.5 grapefruit
12 almonds
6 egg whites

Today is chest and bi's, national chest day for everyone else at the gym which I believe it's Monday, so I'm a lil late pshhhhhh.... :lol

coldplay...not so much :lol

Yeah I don't need up tempo for cardio for some reason, it's more of relaxing time for my workouts. Hence I only do moderate intense to where I'm still able to talk instead with HIIT just to lose weight I'm more of the LISS cardio type to lose less muscle.

Now for weights, I could use some Metal/Techno. Only time I really like Techo is whenever it's the appropriate scenery like clubs, etc... or with weights :lol

I had to skip the gym today since I got into a car accident tonight and I don't really got my head into it at the moment.

I'm ok and my car is fine too....i'm still a little shaken up and have a little whiplash in my neck.

But tomorrow I'm gonna double time it!

On a better note....I lost all the pounds I gain over the weekend (you guys where right) plus one! So total is 8! :banana I still don't look or feel any different tho. :dunno

Hopefully I can lose a total of 10 by Sunday!!

Wow Bam, I'm glad that you are ok, might wanna take it easy on the gym though tomorrow if you feel any slight pains in the neck or back. Accidents can take a day or two before you get the full effect.
