I decided to compete again! I am slightly bigger and I am getting more ripped! I am going for it again! 2011 here I come! :)

I had to breathe, as posing that long is much more intense than people think. Because you need to bring that muscle out, and hold it for a period of time.

But I do look like a buff Zoolander. lol

Main facts:
Started at 217lbs - currently at 173lbs (lowest was 164lbs).
Currently workout about 5-6 times a week and play hockey 1-2 times a week.

I just want to tighten up a bit more and get a bit more definition up top and in the abs but it is getting there.

I hope others will be inspired to make the same change and take their before and after pics so they can admire and we can admire their hard work :bow

I did this quite some time ago which took about a month or so to complete.
 
THAT.... is great work as well, you are the well rounded master of trades, I love art, painting, sculpting, etc... I just got into sculpting this year so still a n00b at that but I learn quickly! I've always been into painting, drawing or sketching though since I was young, finally bringing them digital in PS these days.

I'm back, so much for my boycott, someone man'd up and posted a progress pic.

I was wondering what happened. I don't feel I have made any progress, but I keep chugging away. I am glad you are back Ski. You were missed.

I switiched up my routine with a new split doing higher reps (12-15) for 3 sets.

Man I did legs and shoulders over the weekend and I am so hurting !!!! Especially in the hammy's ! :monkey2

I would say it's ok for you, the thing I like about it is it's more of a complete meal replacement so you don't have to eat your fats and veggies with the protein shake. Makes life a lot easier. :rock

Jimbo, I would say it's the latest and greatest of it's kind. It's the newest complete meal replacement everything else wouldn't have the nutrients of the veggies and good fats such as peanut butter or almonds.
 
Ahh yes.. this I know... as do we all... lol.

So... ummm... well...

What was the official name of that powder again ? LOL.

Also, is there anything else you would say I should pick up as I am ordering ?
