^^^Nice. I do Kettlebell workouts in the yard a couple times a week and people always look at me funny as they drive by. I also made my own poor man's version of the Rhino Powerbag. A while ago I went and bought some sand from Home Depot, filled some garbage bags with 25 lbs a piece, and put them in an old Army duffle bag I have. Put some duct tape over the metal parts so I don't hit myself with them. I originally used it for doing woodchops with a sledgehammer, but lately I've been using it for fireman carries, farmer walks, and cleans.

Love this guy. Killer abs, here I come!:rock

Kane never seems to disappoint... Also in my blogs but I love his abstract way of working the muscles and getting a strong core.

OK Guys,
I'm back, it's great to see more people joining in...
Specially ill, :rock!

Anyway, I'm a bit disappointed because I couldn't accomplish the 100 pushups/200 crunches/200 squats... even though I made a lot of progress... I couldn't do the final test... it was just too much

Though I'm a bit sad, I'm still determined to do it...
I'm taking a week off since my brother is in town, but as soon as he's gone, I'll start doing "Insanity" 2 month program and back to riding the bike.
I also going to the boot-camp hopefully twice a week, and do some Karate again...
Lots of plans but this bump in the road won't stop me...

Kuz, reps are just numbers, go with how your body feels, I'm sure you are doing well. :rock

Don't gage success with the amount of reps or weights you can push.

I'm on a mission to lose 2-3 pounds this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go for it, and no matter what happens this week, just keep going after what you want, as long as you keep the determination to achieve what you want, you will accomplish great things, no matter what, just don't lose that fire inside.

We all have our flaws :)

As for being stuck at a weight, it happens, that's why, and I know you tire of Stallone, but I really like to remind myself of the quote I found from him, that no matter what, everytime you go to the gym, you're better off than you were before you went. Even if the scale doesn't seem to change, or you don't see any change, doing the work and sticking to good eating and all will continue to work changes over you, even if sometimes they're not overly apparent, as long as you keep going, you'll continue to move forward.

Not that getting fired up to push more is a bad thing, just don't think because the scale isn't changing that you're not, that's an easy path towards quitting, the scale is nothing more than a guide, the one constant to maintain is your mental state, that you're going to do the work and not give up, keep that going, and the rest will fall into place.

THANX GUYS!!

I was thinking about it...and I think i haven't been progressing cux it's been a hectic month with work, freelance, me moving, etc... and so i haven't really been putting 100% into my workout as usual, mainly cuz of time constraints.
I think I have been eating good tho...but I am eating more subway than usual since, like I said...i don't have much time these days.
It sucks cuz I'll be like this til the end of May when my freelance is finish.

It really is pissing me off...but i dunno what to do. :(

Like for example....yesterday I went to the gym and i wasn't feeling it I was pre-occupied on how I have to get home to finish some stuff before my move on Saturday. So I was only able to work out for like 30 mins:/

I guess this is when life gets in the way. :dunno

Just do what you can at the gym and get out, as long as you are doing something and eating correctly you will get progress Bam.
