If I'm expected to get out a scale, measuring cups and measuring spoons every time I eat, I may not belong in this thread...
I'm not as hardcore as these guys...but I do believe in portion control. I don't over indulge and I usually just use one of those cooking spoons and measure my portions with that.
Yup, this thread is great for support and ideas, but it's not the Freaks guide to better health, everyone here is aiming to achieve different end results and some programs and things will just be too much or not right for what you're doing. Don't treat it as, so and so is doing this so I'll do it, look around, see if something seems right for what you're looking to do and ask around.
