Just ran 4 miles on the trail again. Calves are pumping like crazy.... Got a blister as well so need to get it bandaged up for tomorrow's run. Runners high is amazing!!!!
 
I usually run on trails when I come home, but that is the only thing that kills me is the damn blisters. I usually get at least two and those suckers are BIG.
 
moleskin is the best for them. I put new runners inserts in my shoes and wanted to see how that worked out. From the results, it didn't LOL!!!

But the run was a lot more comfortable with them in.
 
Today's pilates class mainly focused on legs tonight. I feel like jello now, ha! Of course it was and is always totally worth it. Hopefully Thursday's calls will focus on arms and abs (which tends to be the case). *crosses fingers*
 
Yea exception of lard buckets on top of my chicken and I eat one breast at a time <--yes I know "that's what she said" and wants me to do, that's how I roll.
