Eggs and Tuna as protein for me. Trying to stay away from sodas and fattening stuff so I won't have to exercise as much.
 
*walks in*

An hour at the fitness place. I'll do again tonight. I might just buy some of these whey thingy. Might be more effcient than eggs and tuna or at least I won't have to eat as much. Meh, not much interested in bulking up; more into trimming some abs and shoulders. I almost got a 6 pack before, :D
 
So, it's been a while since I've been in the gym so I am aware that I'm way out of shape. But I've never experienced a full on muscle cramp until today. I was doing hanging leglifts for my abs, then I went over to the incline bench to do some more sit ups when my left abs fully contracted. It lasted for a few minutes, and I didn't move for those minutes... Really really freaky, and scared the crap out of me. I was hunched over in pretty bad pain and afraid my abs were going to rip. Does anyone know why this would happen, and how to prevent it?? I believe dehydration may be the culprit, but I just wanted to check here and see if anyone would know.
