My bulk starts again Monday. Hopefully I can do things a bit differently. Not be as out of shape as last time. But I was the strongest I've ever been.
 
I'm waiting until I hit 10% before I'll bulk this yr. Sitting at about 12% right now. My bulk will be slow, only 2-3 lbs/mo.
SKi, correct me if I'm off on this but I believe that a decent bulk will get me close to 70/30 where I gain 7 lbs of fat for every 3 lbs of muscle. So going for 30 lbs with 21lbs/fat and 9lbs muscle gain.
I know my cut usually gets me about 85/15-90/10 i.e. lose 9lbs/fat only lose 1lb/muscle. So I lose 28lbs/fat and lose 3lbs/muscle. At the end of the bulk-cut cycle I will hopefully be up about 6lbs/muscle at the same body fat. I know this will vary person to person but I believe this to be close.
 
Sounds like a plan Dwing, it could swing differently but that just goes with different people and different metabolism/bodies.

Getting these tomorrow, I can't wait! I have some other Bluetooth headsets and they are really not comfortable and the "next" buttons to switch songs is not working all the time, so I'm getting these new ones. I had a friend at the gym recommend them and he had the prior headset that I'm working out with right now.

Just coming off a shoulder injury. Military pressing 200 lbs over my head at a buck seventy was probably not the best thing for my joint.

I need to work out harder than ever so I can do a March show ... Plus with all the recent stuff going down (losing 3 family members in the past half year), it would be very good for me to focus on getting my mind and body into a good place. Nothing beats the blues than a great workout.

My focus in the near future will be building back what I may have lost from the injury and getting those endorphins running higher than ever before.
 
Damn Ski, didn't realized the awesome painter who painted my joker is a beast. I'm barely getting back into working out, ever since coming back from deployment I stopped for some reason, but I really want to get back hopefully I may get some pointers from you. Hate going through the BB forums. Peace.

My current bulking smoothie recipe.

24g Almonds. 154c
2 scoop Promax Maxi-Muscle. 240c
1/2 cup of Strawberries. 30c
50g oats. 190c
250 ml Whole Milk. 162c

Total 776 calories

72.1g Protein
50.6g Carbs
30.3g Fat

I'm having 2 of these a day and an Ensure as well as regular meals

You're big into bodybuilding. Ever used Syntha-6?
Quite a lot of fat there dude, guessing it's from the milk? Do you need whole milk or could you switch to semi skimmed?
