this is indeed a great move from you denny and it shows how kind you're and that you're putting your passion and love into these things and want to impress us with the work from iminime. thank you for hearing us and doing this for us.
as for the suggestions, i've made them earlier, they're almost the same as raymonds now:
the only thing that i disagree with raymond is this:
if it comes to an alternate sculpt, i would wish that some of your talented sculptors should do this and not rainman, so we would have two worlds to decide.
and btw, yes, i've ordered this also before.

i think in the orignal sculpt the likeness is there, just need to thicken him up, change a bit his eyes (especially at the end they need to be more down and not that high) and tweaking the chin, making it bigger, longer and fat and like uscmhicks making the neck much more thicker then before. the overall shape of the head should be refined, you can also see at the top of the head, where the hair is, how we modified it. i've tried to mix these things together, what uscmhicks showed us combined with the likeness of rainman and some of my suggestions:

Great idea. I haven't placed an order yet, so listen to me y'all
I honestly would be happy with any sculpt that looked like Thrust's OR usmchick's - but personally I lean a little towards usmchick's pic. I like the more shapely jowls and slightly narrower, tapered scalp. I'm not staring at a pic of JG, so I'm only basing my opinion on what 'feels' right. For all I know Thrust's may be more physiologically accurate.
Thanks for PSing these up fellas. I also don't mind retaining the more arched eyebrows, again, I might be blind to detail but for me it gives a bit of character emotion where the flatter brow doesn't. Just my two cents, I'm happy to defer to the fans with a better eye for detail than me.

been thinking of buying one of these for a while and cann make one suggestion. i spotted a dead rising figure recently and thought the body shape would be ideal for tony, and if the tony head were neckless it would mean his shirt wouldnt need buttoned all the way up. im not suggesting that denny and the guys supply the body but that i think its somethong that should be looked at. and i know the body needs work ( replace hands and feet, dremmel off socks ) but for anyone out there looking to mod, give the fig a look

I made this about a week ago for myself but didn't want to post it since I didn't think changes were possible and there didn't seem to be a point in posting another photoshop.
I made it with my own original PS of the sculpt and the photo's posted of the full figure. I agree with Ray's modifications over my own on the sculpt so try to imagine his instead. The proportions look a bit dodgy too but it gives an idea of how the figure could look padded out with a fattened up sculpt.

Denny, listen to people who DID NOT order the figure because something needed changing; mainly the roundness of the head sculpt and overall lack of fatness in the overall look of face/body. They want to buy (heck me too) but need changes... they should be heard as well.
I think he's heard all you before. Loud and clear. That's not the issue.
I suspect by asking the opinion of those who ordered it he will gauge if there is truly something that needs to be improved on since he has the commitment of these people already and they are guaranteed interested.
If he get's everyone who ordered it saying "It's good as is" and so far only one person kind of said that but not really even, they he might suspect it's not an issue with something being wrong with the figure and it's just a bunch of people who like to ***** and moan but have no intention of buying the figure anyway.

Or perhaps the opinions are to ensure that those of us who have already ordered don't become unhappy with the changes and cancel. After all, it's all in the eye of the beholder.

As for resculpt, agreed the face needs fattening a bit more but other than that its great.

I would imagine that he'd recognize that there's something wrong with the figure because it didn't sell out, not because the people who have bought it already confirm that there should be changes
I mean when some of the leaders of the pack lose interest and don't buy one; that should be a tell tale sign too.There are very serious buyers with payment ready to go, who have ideas and are waiting for change. We're not just looking to b___h & moan, we're looking to buy.
Ray, Hicks & Thrust are all on the right path with their suggestions. I personally think that Hicks is coming closest to where this should be. But even with all of those changes, it's a major improvement, but still not 100% there IMO. I hate to say it, and I don't know if it's an option, but maybe it would be better if it was just sculpted new from scratch. That may be easier than implementing all of these tweaks. But if not, and it ended up looking like Ray's, Hicks' & Thrust's renditions, I'd be very happy with that.

Didn't order one, but I'd just like to put this up again.
Tony is in there, no doubt about it, it's nothing to do with his face, it's the shape of his head. The shape needs more definition and refinement and the hair needs more life and bounce.

He is there. But the tweaks they did to his eyes, eye brows and face brought a lot more Tony out.

I like the figure that's why I bought it. If it can be made better why not. I just want a Tony Soprano figure.
