yeah like i said, it's just such a little nit-pick. i'm so happy to see the result and how awesome it looks. one of rainmans best works so far! so excited to have him on my cabinet :)

yup, can't believe how good this looks and like teddy, i'm over the moon that skip got the treatment he deserves.

only little nit-pick from me are the eyes, just looking a BIT strange and tried to ps them. but maybe it's just me with this oppinion ^^

left modified, right original
and that red under the eyes are a bit too much for my taste.

other then that, one of the best sculpts i've seen!

Any idea of the clothing choice being used for Tony or is that bait early in the game....

You might be right bud.

Anyway I am like you, completely happy with the result. Rainman did exactly what I thought he would do and nailed it.

Can't wait to see this come together now.

Yes I had a feeling it wasn't Rainman's but it does have a certain Rainman charm about it.

Thanks Ankit

Can't do the Robe look with combed hair. :lecture

Tony is in there it just looks like a mix between a young Tony and an Older Tony.

Older Tony because of the heavier bags and a young tony because there isn't enough meat on his face. Tony was significantly bigger as the seasons went on.

It does look like its the older Tony being done. He's in there just needs more weight on his face.

Also, add a patch of hair in the front instead of making it look so perfectly combed back

Please get this right :pray:

I've not been a long time Sopranos viewer and have only recentley got into the first series and I'm not sure if I'll be interested in this figure or not.
That's a great sculpt though , although I think it could do with a few changes and here's what I came up with.

* Fattened up the face
* Brought the bridge of the nose lower
* Darkened the red under the eyes
* Darkened the skin tone overall
* Shortened the eyebrows

* Added the worst photoshopped balding hair in history :monkey1

I think most of the things throwing it off for me can be fixed with paint although I do think this could do with being fatter. Once on a body fattened up I think he's going to look a little thin.

Just my thoughts , this looks like it's going to be a great figure. :clap

I honestly think he looks fine just as he is. I worry that to much tweaking could do more harm than good to this sculpt.

Dont think there will be any tweaking of the sculpt, because honestly these things that have been 'tweaked' other than the balding hair will not even be noticeable on display or even if you hold him close to your eyes...

Plus these are in test painting stages... which means sculpt has practically been approved. Sometimes I think we collectors take the nit picking way too much... very soon 3d accurate headscans with 3d printing will be the only way to satisfy people.

wow, looks great so far. at first i thought the mouth area looked a bit funny, but i think fattening it up would help. i wonder if the hair is also a bit too slicked down? it was rarely ever that flat.

also, if this is the final head, i think it has to be the leather jacket look. wouldn't make much sense for tony to be in his bathrobe look so neatly coiffeured.

Is the sculpt still a wip? Not really diggin it so far. I hope this turns out great i was excited for my first non sw figure!

Not crazy about that sculpt. :gah:

I dunno if its just photoshop paintwork throwing it off?

The hairline is definately wrong though, too high and recessed. At this point I think Z's old sculpt is the better Tony.

i think the middle 3rd is near perfect. tay's ps tweak is even better in that area. there's something about the top and bottom though. not nitpicking, just an impression that something's throwing it off. oh well. if it's final, it's final.
