i feel for those who did'nt get one especially the freaks across the pond. hopefully some cancel theirs before they start shipping out and those on the wait list converts.

i missed out on the sauron and witchking LSB's so i now how it feels.

Based on the last few, and this being an exclusive and regular both, I am going to guess the Exclusive will fall in the 150 to 300 range, and the Regular in the 300 to 500 range... just a guess though.

I literally ordered this bust within the first minute of the newsletter going up, when the vast majority of people didn't even know it was up. Within 3-4 minutes the low inventory bar was up and reading 80 left. Unless SS decides to significantly raise the ES above what they originally intended, I can't see the excl. being higher than 150 max. My guess is 100.

I don't think they need separate newsletters or sets of stock - that would get waaay too complicated. Surely if they're going to set the ES very low (which appears to be the case here) then a PPO is the answer. At least then if I'd wanted to (which again I stress I didn't, so I have no vested interest here, just making what I think is a valid point) I could've set my alarm and got up in the middle of the night and been ready to order....

Yes a PPO would have helped a huge amount but I still don't think (and I don't know the figures here) that the considerable percentage of SS customers on this side of the pond (EU) should HAVE to set an alarm and get up in the middle of the night to buy a product, it's insane that in an age where online ordering is almost the norm for some when it comes to shopping that a company of SS size and reputation doesn't and should have a better system in place.

I don't think we should look at it that way. Sideshow is headquartered in the states, but so what? With the technology today, they are more than capable of providing equal opportunity customer service for anyone, no matter where they live.

If they really wanted to and with a little up-front effort on their part, they could probably come up with some creative ways to effectively market to non-US customers.

Seems thats all you been asking in here, "whats the ES", "How much will I may on ebay" ;P


No one really knows as of now. Anything above 100 on a LSB means conversion for most.

Newsletter was up at about 1:20-30 am here in Europe. Don't think it's sooo late really Many of us have to get up early but for one day I go to bed a little later...I don't know where the problem is

I have to be up at 6:30am so staying up till 1;30am not an option esp when there is no warning or guarantee there will be anything of interest up for PO. Great for you that it wasn't a problem but it was for many others.

True enough, the bust was previewed last week but who knew or expected there to be an excl., much less one with a very low ES? Personally, I just assumed we were getting an Uruk-Hai bust pre-order with an ES TBD at a later date, and something that would be around for several weeks before selling out.
