That was an outstanding episode. I thoroughly enjoyed almost every scene.

The showdown scene at the Hilltop (with the assassination attempt on Gregory and the resulting fight) was excellent.

The scenes between Gregory and Maggie were very good, especially the last one. Maggie put that ****** in his place.

All of the Negan and Savior name drops got me really excited for what's coming.

"When you were pouring the Bisquick, were you trying to make pancakes?" has to be my favorite line of dialogue that has ever come out of Abraham's mouth. :rotfl

Very, very good episode.

Wow, it sure took Glenn a long time to figure out what he was asked by Abraham. I wonder if they didn't tell him what the question would be.

"What.....?"

I used to shoot high end Wedding videos for extra money, and I was walking to the church and the priest was there trying to open the door, he was having trouble with the lock and started cursing up a storm, enough to make a sailor blush. I asked if I could help him with the door and he jumped back with a horrified look on his face, surprised to see someone there. He was so red in the face and looked quite ashamed, and then just said, "I guess we're all human".

So, it no longer surprises me to hear anybody curse now.

In his head, "Oh ****, maybe he knows I've figured out there is no God"

I have not gotten to Negan yet in the comics so I don’t know what exactly his language pattern is like but in general I have always thought of bad language (and even nudity) in movies / tv shows as a cop out. We have no idea what to do here so lets just throw in some ****s and F bombs. Its not like I have a problem with either and in certain circumstances it fits (like Ricks “They’re ******* with the wrong people” in the train car in Terminus) but to just toss it out there every other word for shock value that’s just lazy and causes it to lose that shock value real quick… or maybe I am just getting too old. :)

Real people curse and have *** (even naked sometimes). Maybe you should stick with the Andy Griffith Show if you don't want to see reality portrayed on screen.

Their (Rick's) over - confidence is what makes me think this is going to go very, very bad.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I don't remember Rick & his group ever being so confident bordering on arrogant. They reminded me of some sort of zombie apocalypse version of The A-Team.:lol Very interesting episode though IMO.
