Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

I can't stand Lori, her character irritates me. I hope they kill her off. Plus, Rick is better off without her. Lori is going to get him killed because of her there is this tension between shane and him. and T-Dawg is useless. His role is slowly fading out. I like how Hershel has become a badass

Agreed that Lori is annoying. Not considering the comic series, but if she does get killed off in the tv series, what would Rick be protecting? I guess just Carl, but there certainly will be less "drama".

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Shane would create problems no matter what. It's his approach to situations in general that makes trouble, not the people he puts himself at odds with in pursuing what he wants. Also, I'm not sure why Lori is the one who should be sacrificed to eliminate the drama. She's not the one causing it.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

She caused it. But she's not causing it. She set the monster in motion a long time ago. But if she hadn't, Shane would've still become at least half the man he is.

But he wouldn't have the passion, which is the driving force for him.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

The way she acted when Rick came back. Whether she was justified of not, she treated Shane like ____, and that messed him up. He fell in love, and she pushed him a thousand miles away.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

:violin

His first mistake was not killing Rick in the hospital. If he was going to lie to her face to get in her pants, he should have done something to make sure she'd never find out.

It was Shane's fault from square one. Her reaction was predictable, and justified.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

And it doesn't matter if she what she did was justified...SHE DID CAUSE IT. :lol

That is a fact. It's all about her to him. I'm not victimizing Shane here, i'm just stating the facts.

But now she's annoying, and I don't care if she's right, I want a walker to eat her nose. :lol

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Hey, you can totally like her. I don't.

Except for that moment in the car. I liked her then. Doing something. That's what I want to see.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

I will like her, and I'll harass you for not liking her until you can come up with a good reason why you don't. :D

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

She's a stupid annoying whiny manipulative _____ who doesn't do a damn thing on the farm except _____, and get Glenn to do ____ for her.

:D

She's utterly useless. I think the most useful thing I've seen her do was cut the carrots for dinner! :lol

She left her KID to go help Rick...and then crashed her car in like 3 seconds. :lol

She's been a problem for a while. But now she's gotten worse. :D

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

She's not incapable of protecting herself, she's not a pushover, she's not indecisive. She's pretty much afraid of nothing and will confront anything. She's a strong person, period. I don't define people by how they're useful to others, but by how capable they are at managing themselves. She pulls her own weight. I don't see flaws in her character, except insofar as she's inclined to sleep with Shane, which is a flaw she appears to be intent on correcting.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Then she should take out a gun, and shoot something.

And she did. Now she needs to shoot Shane. or something. She needs to fight back. If she stopped complaining about things, and just did them, she'd be a better character.

The problem is, realistically, Lori would be "Whatever Shane. Who gives a ____ now. You see those things out there? They don't care who ____ed who, they don't care you loved me, they will eat you the same as anyone else. Shut your face. Shut your stupid face. "

Or they should just screw and get it out. I just don't like characters who whine, and _____. It doesn't make fun television. Even Debra Morgan got on my nerves after a while.

Just grates the ears. Especially when I come for the surviving aspect. :D

And since it's not real life, I don't want ALL of the magic that is human emotions. Just enough for empathy/sympothy's sake.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Wasn't Lori Going to Leave Rick before the Zombie Outbreak?

I remember, the Flashback scene, she was talking on the phone how she was not happy or something, Am I right?

so going with Shane makes things worse, she is Manipulating Shane, treating him really bad,
