Yeah that rumor has been circulating around for a while now. It was semi-confirmed via an extra's Tumblr and then claimed to be false by executives on the show. Supposedly it is all supposed to be cleared up Sunday.

Vague enough to not needs a spoiler tag?

Well here is the latest on that rumor that I could find from December:

There sure is a lot of speculation about Rutina Wesley’s return to Season 5 of True Blood. Last week we dispelled the rumor that Rutina was to be in the upcoming film, by director Ridley Scott, Prometheus. Now, we’ve seen a post on a Walking Dead message board that said the following about Rutina with a photo of her attached:
“We have received word from one of our sources that a certain actress from A show called true blood will be playing Michonne in the Walking Dead TV series, scheduled to make her debut on the very last episode of season 2.
(NOTE: This is not confirmed just coming from our source, who has always been spot on in the past, but we will wait and see).”
We have learned, “exclusively” from Rutina’s representatives, that, once again, this is not true.” They said that she: “Likes the show, but not true.”
With all these rumors being declared as untrue it seems even more possible that Rutina will be back on True Blood for Season 5. Can’t wait to find out!

Well let's assume the baby dies within the 9th month so basically a tiny human, before that I don't think it's possible even in the realm of fiction to pull that off. It would theoretically become a zombie the thing is that it wouldn't have the strength or teeth to get out. She'd have to have it cut out or somehow birth it. If she died in childbirth without taking a blow to the head she'd turn.

Given that women's internal organs get shifted while pregnant, in theory it could kick and move enough to seriously hurt and kill her and then you'd have a zombie within a zombie given there isn't any head trauma.

I thought she wasn't playing Michonne - thought it was Zoe Saldana? I can't stand Tara on True Blood, but I do think the actress (Rutina Wesley) would make an excellent Michonne.

Michonne's character SHOULD be an easy homerun for the show...as in a character that everyone is like, HOLY CRAP, she rules, like Darryl rules. But being a cynical often disappointed bitter collector and nerd I have figured out how they will probably blow it. I'm not even gonna spoiler tag this as it's just a guess, I didn't read it anywhere and it's not in the comics. OK, in like the first 20 seconds Lori gets eaten by like 20 zombies and everyone (even Rick and Carl) are like - Allllllright! - Then like with 10 minutes left in the episode Michonne shows up, but its the actress that plays Lori in blackface and she kills all the zombies, then sleeps with Rick declaring him "her man", but then she thinks hes dead when hes goes to the bathroom and sleeps with Darryl, then Rick comes out of the bathroom and everyone is like SNAP!!!!!! Then the loooong wait for season 3 begins.
