Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)
I posted it, dingus.
What does the AMC interview say about the B/W?

What does the AMC interview say about the B/W?
I think he drew a lot of inspiration from Night of the living dead, and from that he went with B&W. I find it hard to believe it wasn't an artistic choice, since I don't think he'd have a hard time convincing any company to back a zombie comic of his (since Marvel zombies was so popular), regardless of what he said during an interview (which he has given multiple explanations)
The reason the comic was black and white was so that Kirkman and Moore could get away with more gore that way:

I see
Yup, not as "artistic" as some would have you believe.
because he said it was "cheaper"?
he also said that when they believed night to be public domain they were just going to continue off the world that was set in. Hes obviously fixated on the B&W. Also, getting more "gore" passed in B&W is a straight up artistic choice to have a little more freedom.
Is Night of the Living Dead the only black and white zombie movie there is?
I mean I know there is White Zombie but that's more "Voodoo" zombie
I think this has a "broad" interpretation of what Zombie movie is, but heres a list with some B&W movies in it...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_zombie_films
I tried looking at that list but there is too much. I bet half of those are not even worth knowing about.
The reason I asked is because when I try to think of all the zombie movies I've watched or at least know about the only one that was in black and white was Night of the living dead. That's the only one I can think of.
Since we were talking about the comic and the show being shown in black and white it made me realize that I can't think of another movie in black and white.
How about Frankenstein? White Zombie?
Do you see what you did AMC?
These frackin' breaks are destroying us!
We are arguing about color vs B&W.
WTF?
Stop these mid-season breaks! They are evil!
Oh, when I watch Young Frankenstein, it's in color! Yep, color!
I mentioned White Zombie before but that's not the same kind of zombie is it? does it count anyways?
Why wouldn't it?
