Chances are high that he'll finally don his costume.

But who knows, t-shirts are all the rage in Japan I hear.

He might don a costume similar mask for a battle for SS.

A character has to have a reason to wear a special costume.

In Spider-Man it's to protect his identity and provide better aerodynmaics for webswinging. In X-Men they did it because they were going on a mission and thus used mission clothes.

Having Wolverine in a special costume needs to be connected to the plot.

I don't know, I feel that with Marvel Studios movies there is an inbetween, with the exception being IM2.

Iron man 2 sucked
Thor was just okay
Captain America was just okay
Incredible Hulk was just okay
