How everybody even just slightly involved with that movie, ever worked again, just......astounds me.

I have to agree with you on Cloverfield, both my girlfriend and I fell asleep through it, and neither of us wanted to watch the parts we missed. It's on my worst movie list with "Dude where's my car" "Napoleon Dynamite" and "Starsky and Hutch"

Although it's not a terribly compelling movie, it's at least beautiful to look at and quite lyrical. Plus, Jerry Goldsmith's score is great.

I can't even watch the directors cut because of Goldsmith's score. It makes it a completely different film for me. Completely out of place.

I think one of the two worst movies has got to be Street Fighter 2 with Jean Claude Van Damme. I had high hopes for the movie as did everyone I knew when it first came out and it was a huge disappointment. The other worst movie is Battlefield Earth with John Travolta.
Im hoping that GiJoe the new live action movie does not make it on this list.

i'm gonna go ahead and say most of you have never seen the really bad movies. i'm talking about grind house stuff. an entire genre of movies made by sleazy low-lifes who base their careers on churning out movies that are bad on purpose and just don't care about what they do. and i don't mean just the bad acting, or the bad effects, i'm talking about actual content. movies that are literally nothing but a series of badly filmed hackneyed rape scenes and no plot whatsoever. movies that make pornos look like masterpieces.
at least there are directors like Ridley Scott who bring artistry and a reverence for film to their work. Legend is a good movie. you not liking it doesn't make it bad. it just means you're a sheltered retard who grew up watching Pokemon movies.
