I forgot about the Leprechaun series. The first three were passable, but then they gave us winners like Leprechaun 4: In Space, Leprechaun 5: In the Hood and Leprechaun Back 2 tha Hood. I dare anyone to sit through a back-to-back Leprechaun movie fest without gouging out their eyeballs before its done.

I dont like the TF cartoon at all, so the movie was just plain awesome to me. It had everything I wanted. And it had great effects to boot.

Anyway....the worst movie ever according to IMDB is Disaster Movie. And I think that might be true.

the horror movie "Brain Damage",never seen such pathetic movie,a brain virus that takes over you and...its worth watching just to see how bad it is:lol

Also remember seeing a Horror movie based on Alien clowns, only way of destroying them is by shooting their clown nose, cant remember the name, but it was BAD.

wow you just made fun of two of my all time favorites, I wish I could smite you but we don't have that feature here.

Each taste of its own right?:D

Some people hate TF which i love...just the way it is...

TF did suck quite majorly, but as mentioned, prob only if you're a massive fan of the original cartoon show.

I just wasted 90 minutes of my life watching Legend, I cant believe what total rubbish this movie was. Quite possibly THE worst movie that has ever disgraced my TV.
For such a cool looking villain, the movie was horrible, he would have been so much better in a different movie. And to think that his 1:1 scale bust sells for thousands on Ebay :duh
I wouldnt even consider paying money for any collectible to remind me of this lousy movie. Im surprised Tom Cruise actually got another movie offer after this, the hammiest acting ever, and the most anti-climactic ending ever.
I dont remember us having that low of movie standards back in 1985, maybe I was too stoned back then to notice.
Harsh.....

I rewatched this movie recently. If you didn't see it as a kid, you're not going to enjoy it as an adult. The nostalgia factor really helps, but it doesn't hold up on it's own.

And I think it depends on what version you watch. The special edition DVD has the thatrical release and the unedited movie director release. In this case, the editing WORKED, and you should only watch the theatrical release. The other version with all the extras left in did nothing for me, and I think it even changed the story some.

See, Transformers was awesome, this is because it was entertaining in every way, it never took it's self too seriously, and when the Robots aren't on screen, they squeeze SOME humor into it, and then when the Robots show up...and if you don't like it? It's probably because...You think G1 was the greatest thing ever (IT'S NOT, A HORRIBLE CARTOON BY THE WAY)

Transformers was a great way to do the cartoon on the big screen, if you wanted G1 on the big screen, it would of been 500X worse.

BTW I'm glad you like Children of Men now CP, I remember when it first came out it made you feel like ^^^^, so you hated it , haha/

I presume the above is directed at my post so:

First off, I cannot even understand the part in bold - it just makes no sense? Plus, I never stated I hated it when the bots show up, I just generally do not like the film.

Yes, I am a moderate fan of the G1 cartoon, it has a great nostalgic feel for me, as does Thundercats. I do not think it is the 'greatest thing ever'.

I found the movie fairly dull, the 'funny' parts with the bots overly cheesey and the whopping amount of insanely fast edited CGI nauseating. Aso, I would have liked Megatron's design to be more faithfull to a G1 look, (but no, not turn into a gun). Also, I found the 'battle' between Prime and Megatron very anti-climactic.

I find the part in brackets particularly amusing too. As if your word is gospel. :D

I didn't even see your post, so no, it was not a reply to you.

Oh I never said I hated it. But I wont watch it again. Too depressing. But was extreamly good.

I remember being on a school excursion (in the mid 80's) to the cinemas (lol). We had the choice of either watching Platoon or Legend. The majority of the guys chose Platoon - great for a 14 year old's education! ..and the girls preferred to watch Legend. I still haven't seen Legend, though the girls said it wasn't too great, however I'm interested in seeing what the film is about and might pick up a copy.

Anyhow my pics for the worst:
