I labeled the "to" first and the "from" second, as the one clerk told me to do one time... and I did that and I get the package back. Luckily, I still have the receipt.

I wrote my first check in almost 6 years recently. It was for our AC unit being replaced. It was $6,500. I wrote it out for $65,000. Yea bro, that's gonna bounce.

Not any more. I use a Kroger credit card so I can get points.

I still write checks for my bills though.

Actually, it doesn't take any longer for a check to go through at the market than it does a credit card now.

I never understand the damn fascination with buying special stamps. You are mailing them out. I have never noticed a stamp on a letter i got in the mail. Typing this out i will look when i et home from work because now i am curious but who cares.

Ours don't do that. They put them right back where they got them. If they end up in the street, the wind put them there.
