Oh, they're just being negligible. Most of the time, they're ok but if this keep up, it only take one vehicle to destroy the bin. Big and tough as these bin are, the top do rip apart. Mr. Green had to buy/use outdoor plastic tie to connect the top back.

At least his garbage bin wasn't burned down. 2 neighbors on the left got theirs burned down by arsonist, for whatever reasons or no reasons.

Somewhat related. I've been keeping track of HT figure I'm trying to buy on eBay. And this prick has the balls to charge 2.5x retail and the top of the box is torn off and it's listed "new".

Oh me too but statues without boxes don't sell for anything close to what they usually go for. I've been filling in my Batman B&W collection and someone has listed a bunch of the ones I don't have but none have the box and all are listed for above what they go for.
It's more just an irritant than anything haha.

I feel bad for the guy but how big of an idiot are you to leave almost $100k in comics somewhere unattended over night? It's socially unacceptable for victim blaming nowadays but whatever happened to street smarts? Unless this was an inside job, then good job haha.

Yeah I'd imagine the thieves either are well versed in comics or are stupid and will try to pawn them off in gcc slabs.

My guess is that the savvy thief will probably hold on to the big books for a while. I would NEVER trust those in the hands of someone else.
