I think I'm ****ing done with BBTS, and them never honoring ****ing returns. I ordered a figure and the ****ing paint is peeling off the head, and they gave me the "it's cosmetic" bull ****. Been ordering from them for years and years now, recommending them to people too. **** them, if they don't give me a replacement I'm cancelling all pre orders and going through Better Business Bureau. I'm not eating a $400 figure.

"cosmetic"

It was a tiny mark, and I thought it might of been some residue that got stuck to it. I rub it, and it got twice as big (here come the jokes :lol) They didn't seal it properly. I can't even just get a new head since it's fixed by a tube to his upper back.

When someone low balls you an offer and then expects free shipping from the US to Europe

That all areas of interest on the forum are pretty much dead right now other than...the Walking Dead thread which I'm trying to avoid today.

Also hating that I may have to cancel a few preorders because they are making me want to buy a whole slew of other things. Damned collector brain.

did they help you with this?

Yeah after pleading my case, they gave me a label to send it back. This is the 2nd one I've had with problems. The first was fine visually, but the right shoulder was frozen from bending outward from the paint sealing the joint. They get it Wednesday and they're sending me a replacement.

That's what I'm worried about it. They try to force you to keep **** if something has a scratch or something on it. They were going to just replace the head, but you can't remove it.

I know how you feel. I'm trying so hard not to fall to temptation. If I would sell some things off, I wouldn't feel bad, but I'm just too lazy to put the things up for sale.

I want the Ghostbusters and I'd love to start the ThreeZero Walking Dead line.

The stories posted in here every other day put me off bumping my FS thread. I'm constantly reminded of what an annoying process it can be.

However I'm looking at 3 strategic cancellations that would make a big impact on my overall want list and keep me focused on just my usual 'big 4'. My problem is I start branching out with other stuff when I'm trying to be restrained with my big 4....but then I go mad with them anyway. So the other stuff isn't a compensation it's an addition and I've roped myself into a whole other line that I feel obliged to keep collecting, sell (at a loss usually) or keep in boxes taking up space (while I postpone trying to sell them).

Selling on here and Facebook becomes infuriating. No one has any manners and tries to chisel you nonstop to save $10 or $20.
I do sales for a living and never once has anyone opened a negotiation with what's get lowest you'll take

I made a few sales on eBay the past few months and over half the offers start at 50% half of the time. I just had a prick back out over $5...

I just won an auction on eBay for a small statue but the seller had a reserve on it so I didn't get it. I sent him a message saying hey the last several of these have sold at X, if you change the buy it now , I'll buy it at X+$20.
He replied no, I don't want to sell it unless I get his insane buy it now price.
Why list it as an auction??????

When I sell something, I post what I want and I don't barter. Take it or leave it. If I wanted to sell it for $5 cheaper, I would have. And if $5 is going to make or break a deal, then they didn't want it bad enough in the first place.

Amazon, and their lazy ****ing packing and they're inept customer service.

I don't know what you're talking about. It's obvious that including one single, solitary inflated packing piece is plenty of protection for whatever's in the box. I mean, air is really expensive so adding more than one ****** plastic pillow in the box would throw Amazon into destitution.

Lately when I've order things my items were shifting around inside the packages. Luckily it hasn't been anything delicate.

That's exactly what I'm dealing with anymore. I don't even want to open it since I already know it's a disaster.

I don't even get even that anymore :lol
