Her Homer Simpson mouth bugs the **** out me. I have no sympathy for that naive ass either, I'm glad she's taken him for hundred grand.

Her upper lip is permanently indented. :D

If she had a good personality, you could probably get past that, but damn she's a total *****!

Selling statues is always great. Thanks for messaging me to confirm what was written and then not buy.

When teachers don't have the good sense to clean out their 5 year olds project totes before throwing them in the washer and dryer and crayons get washed and dried. The melted mess is the new dryer will never come out. And guess who they want to take care of it?

:gah:

Your crayons?

HUH?

Anyway, no, it's the kids' crayons I work with.

Anyone know how to get melted crayon out of a clothes dryer? The big hunks came out okay, but the whole drum is discolored and there's streaks of crayon all over. I tried a magic eraser but it was a no go. Anyway, I just hung a DO NOT USE sign on it and will tackle it on Monday.

Edit: Never mind, found about 4 ideas I'll try. :monkey4

You're screwed. If they get in those holes, only time will get most of 'em out. Time and a lot of ruined batch. Unless, unless someone take 'em apart and clean them. Best bet is to clean them when they're hot.

Drop the nubs in Simple Green for a day or two. All the dried ink will dissolve or shake out.

i soaked them overnight. i only manage to salvage 2(.18 and .25) of 5.
im surprised the finer ones survived the clean-up...the other 3 had their fine needles stuck inside the tip.
and it will cost me about >$100 to replace those 3 nubs. lolz

Nothing to lose so you might as well drop them in automotive brake fluid for a few hours. If that doesn't work then you're buying new tips. (wear gloves!!! It's not good for you. Can cause chem burns if you have it on your skin long enough.)

too late. managed to remove the plunger thingy without the fine needle by sheer tapping. should've been more patient...i'll put that in m new years resolution. :/
but i'll count my small victories. 10 bucks for $100 worth of tech pen+accessories.

I did that on my first set of technical pens to. You should never have to disassemble the nib. It's too easy to bend the needle when reassembling.

They are nice when they work properly. Did you get Rotring or Kohinoor?

****, 1 inch of snow outside, this morning.

Better than ice! I tried to go out to get something to eat and I only got about a block down the road before I had to turn back. I went about 5 miles an hour and still slide past my driveway! That's what I hate about winter...ICE!
