I guess it's really no different than taking some unknown girl home from a bar for a night of fun.

She has a mystery box as well.

I can 1,000% guarantee if you're buying a mystery box-o-crap you have no interest in hanging out with woman of low moral standards

But their Tron soundtrack is awesome.

As for da hate, I hate seeing IrishJedi's name whenever the Indiana Jones customization thread is bumped. But I do chuckle at the 'banned'...

I'll say for every con I go to but dammit do I hate people who wear costumes. Go get your attention somewhere else

Really ? That's one of the reasons I go! To see all the creativity!

If I go out, everyone's tired and goes home early and I've broken into money I otherwise would rather have saved. If I assume in advance that this will be the case and decide to stay in, everyone has an all-nighter, a great time.

I think they're trying to tell me something.

Ugh they're the worst. Just walking around waiting for people to compliment them. They take up way too much space and everyone talks about how they don't buy anything

Happens to me too. I've went out and was home by 7 pm because they had a hard day or their husbands want them home. Let me be sick or not be able to go, and they would have a grand ol' time. :(

I don't actually think they're doing it on purpose, it's just Murphy's law in action.

Sucks being the last singleton though. When everyone else is coupled off they have no impetus to go out or to stay out when they do. It's shaping up to be a quiet summer.

I never really had a problem with people, because I never had many acquaintances to begin with. It was never by choice, but more along the lines of circumstance. I was always commuting in my college years, and it was tough to form meaningful connections (although, I did make a few friends, but they moved away after graduation). Generally, it's also hard meeting new people in NYC, since everyone here is always in a rush.

I kind of wish I had people to turn me down, because it gets pretty lonely traveling, and going everywhere by myself :lol. The thing is, at least you guys have people to meet and chat with... so, consider yourselves lucky.

honestly, i like hanging out on my own, its much easier that way. you dont have to do things you dont want to do or listen to people you dont care to hear. im kind of selfish like that, i love doing my own thing and my friends dont understand it.
