Ski

You hush up! You don't have to sweat through a bra!

Also, I don't like a lot of sun. I've seen what being in the sun a lot has done to my mother's skin and I don't want that. She goes to the dermatologist 3 times a year to get things removed.

I'd rather be white and cool, thank you. :)

makes me mad when bullies end up being super rich..... @nojustice lol

Anything in excess is not good. I recently got some tests done and had low Vit D3 levels, taking supplements now. Doc said being in the sun only on weekends is not such a good idea.

Vitamin D is very important. I was surprised at just how much your body needs it for almost everything. My levels are low too and I'm suppose to take a supplement but I'm hit and miss with it. I've really got to get back with it when it comes to taking my supplements and eating better in general.

Yeah, I didn't even know how important it is till my sister (a half-doctor graduated from the University of Interwebs) got after my life to get the tests done. After that I did my own reading and realized its relation with Calcium absorption in the body, deficiency leading to weak bones, Osteoporosis, etc. Quite an eye opener. I am on a 3 months supplement.

A free advice: Try not to miss the supplement. Mine are capsules which I have to take every week, I have set it to Friday.

I'm suppose to take one every day.

my vitamin D levels are always on the floor. I think a lot of the stuff I suffer from comes from that. I Do take pills for t but i think my body is not getting it. I dont really feel the difference after a couple of months. (tried telling the doctor but of course he didn't give a s---) But im pretty screwed because of it

I heard that the best way for your body to get it from the sun is by letting your private parts take sunlight. I am not joking, this is serious. Apparently we were supposed to receive the sun in our "lower regions"

I know actress Shailene Woodley does that.

That's BS. Sunning your cootch or your arms, it doesn't matter.

Edit: I just found where she said this. It's for yeast infections! :lol

Oh! But shouldn't it be easier to remember. :)

I sometimes use postit notes on my refrigerator to remember such stuff, "Have you taken your meds today?" :D :p

Also, I think I am on a heavier dosage:

Cholecalciferol IP: 60k IU (once a week)
Calcitriol & Calcium caps (daily)

Don't want to scare you, but low Vit D level is an alarming situation. Just google symptoms and effects of low levels.

Also, take a second opinion. And, get the Iron Panel tests done to check iron deficiency.

Lol about letting the sun shine on your nether regions! But, I'd sure like to do this exercise once in a week. Where do I go and do it, is the question now.

Eat a healthy varied diet with lots of veggies and you get every vitamin you need. Never had to resort to pills.

When it comes to D, some people need higher doses than what you'd get drinking milk, etc. It's the way your body handles it. The same with B vitamins. It isn't always the case of a balanced diet.

I know but it is not something you think about lol. like when i read that the girl from Attack from the show had a stinky lady part... (yeah that's not really a big deal) but I just cant see her the same :lol

You need to stop believing everything you read on the internet, especially about celebrities.
