QANTAS hosties, and Australian hosties generally, are a bunch of low-rent bogans.

Bogans is a term we use here to describe someone with no class. I don't expect to be treated deferentially, especially in economy class, but I don't expect to feel like I've hitched a ride in a stranger's party bus either. Ugh. I can't think of a single flight I've taken in over 30 years of travel where I've left feeling impressed by Australian hosties.

What I hate most about flying is feeling like I'm a sardine in a can. And I always get the person who just has to put their seat back in front of me. I never put my seat back because I know it takes up too much room.

I never recline my seat unless it's lights out time, in which case I think it's ok as everyone else is resting or sleeping (and expecting that others are doing the same). I recently flew from Sydney to San Francisco. Noise-cancelling headphones and a couple of temazepams and I stepped off that plane 15 hours later fresh as a daisy

PMing people who ignore or take days to respond to your message making it near impossible to seal the deal. It shouldn't take a week or more for a transaction. It goes, "I want" and "here's my paypal." Simple enough you'd think. Sadly this isn't the first time I've had money in hand and it go nowhere due to an unresponsive seller.
