That's BS. I've been following stories like this for a while. The Washington Post did a series of investigative reports on this:

This policy unfairly targets minorities who are more likely to carry large sums of cash. And then the onus is on the individual to prove the cash was obtained through legitimate means.

EDIT: After national media coverage, the money has been returned.

I don't see this bathroom policy lasting too long. It was never about this gender identity nonsense, it's just basic public safety for women.

But of course. I'm rarely in that store, and I'd never use the bathroom even before this. I'd rather stiff leg home with dump sweats.

I'll have to remember this the next time I'm at a concert or sports event when the line to the women's bathroom is real long. I'll just act butch and use the men's. :yess:

Sure.... if you dont mind pee soaked, dripping toilets to sit on.... or seeing sausages in display

Sometimes I have to go n.2 and I cant, have to find another store because of how bad the bathrooms are... like, REALLY BAD.

it is funny because when i go to the theme parks the line for women is like 20-30 women waiting. the male bathroom will be completely empty, and those toilets will be unusable.
so they get angry that a guy can waltz in and out, but they have no idea of the horrors that lie inside.

Toilet seats are just the start. It's followed by pissing in the sink.

The problem is that rapists don't give a damn about laws in the first place. This does nothing but hinder transgender people, and prior to this, when did you hear about a rapist claiming to be transgender? I heard maybe one time, but that freak had a LONG history of sexual assaults and the shelter he was in where he committed his last crime didn't do a background check. Pretty easy to prevent. Not to mention, why not try to prevent rape with other, more effective laws?

Wait if you know a person's exact genitalia, doesn't that mean you're peeking? :monkey3

You could use this same exact argument for the gun control debate.

so it has happened at least 3 times... that was what i was wondering, you knew of one case but there were 2 more that we know of
who know what other cases there are that are only covered locally

I dont really care about the new law thing or whatever but I can see it getting messy. I can see it being abused by more weirdos putting on wigs and dresses to break the law
Also Look at the reaction already of that lady wanting to bring her gun into the bathroom..... this is such a mess
The first one was prior to the mess like many years ago but again, that person had a long history. Background checks are important for a reason. Though the other two are I guess different due to no mention of being transgender, I dunno.

The thing I think is worth noting is this gave people ideas; it's likely some rapists never thought of the idea until it came up. But all sorts of laws and things would be abused still, it's how the world would work. And yeah, the reactions state a lot; a horrible mess indeed.
