ween, the point is there would only be stalls. lines are a sacrifice for privacy, you cant have your cake and eat it too. guys peeing on the seat is an issue guys have to deal with as well, you know, we sit at times too. spot checking is just going to have to be the norm.

My point was that unisex bathrooms won't happen because it will cause even longer lines.

And it's not my cake. I think it's fine the way it has always been. Got a *****, use the men's. Simple.

My workplace has unisex restrooms. There is a larger stall that houses the men's urinals, the rest are stalls.

They are also the student restrooms - no staff-only toilets. Ugh.

We only have two staff toilets, both unisex. Seem whenever I want to pee, someone is in there. If I can't wait, I'll use the little girls room. Mind you, we have 3 year olds there, so I have to wipe down the seat with a Clorox wipe before I use it.

We have little boys who hose down (for lack of a better saying) the bathrooms with urine and write with poop on the walls. At the beginning of the year, they use the urinals as toilets because they don't have fathers who show them what a urinal is. They just think it's a toilet that is lower.

Why do transgendered men have a problem with using the stalls in a men's room? Why would they use a urinal in the first place? Seems like the answer is already there. The problem at this point is one of recognition. By not allowing a transgendered man to use a ladies' room, you do not participate in the delusion. What I'm hearing from their advocates is that they have a right to be recognized as the gender they identify with.

They don't. I personally do not care what gender any person thinks they are, but no one is going to tell me that I have to pretend with them. Making it law is insane, and a dangerous precedent.

Those are good kids. I like to hear that.

I agree. It can get annoying but I'd rather have kids ask questions than not. If that inquisitive nature isn't stifled, they grow up to be educated, free-thinking adults. I read a study awhile back that said preschool kids ask something like 100 questions a day. By middle school age, they've stopped asking questions completely. One of the reasons they gave for this was that kids are rewarded for having answers but not for asking questions. I can see this all the time in young adults today. I have to tell employees that I'd rather they bombard me with a thousand questions than try to do something when they don't understand how to do. It always takes longer to fix a problem than it takes to just do something right in the first place.

Agreed. Many SJW causes are right and true and I support them but this one's a bit silly to be honest.
