Doesn't look to be too different from The Avengers one.
Seems to have a darker handle, the leather strap at the end is darker and the metal pommel seems to be more intricate.
I like it, but the changes to the one in The Avengers seem really minimal.

We don't know all that much about the Thor sequel, Thor: The Dark World, other than that much of the cast will be reprising their roles and Christopher Eccleston will portray Malekith the Accursed (and presumably be the prime antagonist of the film). But where does this leave Thor's brother, Loki, in the film? Potential spoilers below...
Last we saw the pair, they were returning to Asgard with Loki in shackles. We know that actor Tom Hiddleston will be reprising the role because he's listed in the official synopsis for the film. According to Icelandic website Visir, a scene was filmed in Iceland with "about 500 people (on the set)" that involved "a big fight scene between Thor and Loki."
Plus, Hiddleston tweeted this cryptic message a few days ago confirming his presence in Iceland.

I'm tired of Loki. Hopefully there are more vicious and menacing opponents for Thor in this film and Loki isn't the focus yet again.
I'm not tired of Loki, because I really love TH's character, but you got the point, they shouldn't focus that much on him again for the sake of the entire movie and the sequels... but I don't want him out of marvel movies XD

I hardly believe that a stuntman would be given all those plot details. That's one of the worst attempts at a fake spoiler that I've ever read.

Looking back to when the Avengers script leaked, then everyone realizing it was real upon seeing the film, I wouldn't be surprised if these spoilers are legitimate. They sound a little... Outlandish, though.
Thor, Jane and Loki go on a camping trip in the mountains....? 'k.
The final fight between Iron Man and Mandarin features FORTY-ish IM suits?!! Forty IM suits would cost what, forty trillion dollars? It could happen, I guess...
Dr Who will be cameo-ing in Dark World? lol....
Taking all this with many large grains of salt, although one thing rings true: they're keeping very mum about Loki's real role, and I think that means they're going to turn him Good. Aw, hell's bells.
